- Strong surgeon relationships Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow theatre based business in Private or State Hospitals.
- Theater-Ready: Often starting at 06:30 AM to prep surgical kits.
- Proactive theatre influence Not only those who are a passive support role; but those who can anticipates needs, positions products, and steer case decisions.
- Commercial communication confidence Able to engage surgeons clearly and directly, ask for business, and close opportunities with professionalism and tact.
- Language and regional fluency Strong business English and, where applicable, functional Afrikaans proficiency to communicate effectively with theatre teams in the region.
- Vehicle and licence compliance Daily access to a reliable vehicle and a valid South African driverโs licence with no endorsements.
- Background screening readiness Clear criminal record and willingness to complete standard industry checks (ID, licence, criminal, credit, schooling/tertiary, fraud).
- Clear employment record No employer initiated terminations and a consistent, professional employment history.
- Professional presentation A complete CV with product lines, territories, hospitals, surgeons, sales results, and CRICE details.
